Chair Volleyball at Canyon Lake - Chair Volleyball is a good way to have fun and to exercise. The only difference between regular and chair volleyball is that you don't have to jump into the air and have the impact to your legs and knees. the Canyon Lake group has been together for about one and half years.

During this time our team has won the first Senior Chair Volleyball Olympics. The team meets on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Bay Room of the Canyon Lake

Canyon Lakers Go For The Gold!!! - For the second year in a row the Canyon Lake Chair Volleyball Team has emerged victorious taking home the gold medal during the 2009 Senior Olympics. Although every game was a nail-biter, each member of the club did an outstanding job playing so competitively until the very end. A good time was had by all, and Canyon Lake plans to recapture the title again next year.
