Riverside County Achievement Team (RCAT) assists and supports low-performing schools to increase students' achievement. RCAT assists in monitoring the implementation of each school’s High Priority Plan by creating Professional Learning Communities. Each school will receive customized support based on their High Priority Plan which may include technical assistance and leadership training.
